A lovely cottage with an adjoining annex just outside Motala. Perfectly located whether you want to stay and relax in the peaceful rural surroundings or head out on excursions while still having easy access to Motala. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge/freezer, induction stove and coffee maker. There is no WiFi in the cottage, so this is the perfect place to take a break from everyday life and enjoy the peace and nature surrounding you. The living room has a smart TV, and the cottage is equipped with both an air-source heat pump and a wood-burning stove. The cottage itself has one single bed and one foldable extra bed. There are additional sleeping places in the bunk bed in the adjoining annex. Bathroom with shower and Separett toilet. Outside the cottage, you will find outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill. Perhaps you can put something delicious on the grill after a day of sunshine, walks and swimming. Within a comfortable distance, you have the small forest lake Salstern, which is popular as it usually offers slightly warmer bathing temperatures than the larger lakes. The nearest designated bathing area is at Karlsby, about 10 km away. The nearest restaurant is by the Borenshult locks, about 10 km away, a popular destination that is highly recommended.
