the house is spacious. it is a 2 minute walk to the people's park which has a good playground and it is close to the bus station/ train station (10 minute walk) and all major supermarkets are within 15 minute walk. the street also has free parking.

the house wasn't the cleanest- we had to wash dishes before we could use them and the oven had grease on the bottom which caused alot of smoke when we used it. the symbols on the cooker are worn away so you can't see what mode or temperature you've set it to. there are only 3 seats in the dining room which meant one of us has to sit on the floor to eat. there are a lot of weeds around the front door and the back garden is badly over grown, walls ithin the house are dirty and marked. The 150 pound damage deposit that you pay into a personal account (although paid back promptly on departure) felt like a bit of a scam as if they decide to keep it once you leave you'd find it hard to get it back

The property had lots of space for us all, clean in majority of areas, the 2 bathrooms helped us, parking outside the property also , the deposit was waived

Could be noisy at times in the night, a few things left in the property maybe by a previous stay, maybe just got missed, large deposit but was waived luckily

This is a spacious house in a quiet street in Luton. The hosts were great communicators and kindly accommodated some special requests.
