Хотелось бы сказать пару фактов для тех, кто будет брать эти апартаменты Первое это винтовая лестница и да этажей 8 и лифта нет Но мы знали это и были готовы к этому Если вам тяжело подниматься советуем рассмотреть другой вариант Местоположение очень хорошее Бегать утром в парке 10/10 Вечером тихо Есть стиральная машина
Душновато Кровать мы бы советовали хозяину заменить на диван Так будет больше пространства ходить Вдвоем тесно Ночью комары в первую ночь искусали Но если купить спрей в розетку все норм Еще хотелось бы посоветовать поставить или повесить телевизор , его прям не хватает Еще советуем заменить ножи в кухонных приборах Они тупые От слова совсем

You can get a nice view of Eiffel Tower on the way to your room. Location is very nice.
Overall very small room and very narrow stairs up to the studio. Think again if you have a luggage. This studio is good for backpack traveller.

Everything was exactly as described, you get what you chose. Small place, perfect for one person. Yes, house and staircase is not the best. But that is why you get apartment like that, to enjoy views and experience Paris in this way. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. There was coffee, everything you would need to cook food. Internet was good.
Walls are quiet thin, so just need to be ready that occasionally you can hear neighbours. There is some things that can be improved - like bathroom elements, artificial flowers, bed linen. But as I wrote before - this is all as it could be expected at apartment like this. Instructions on how to get to apartment could be provided in both - English and French.

Апартамент на 8 этаже и без лифта, вы только представьте с больной коленкой 25 кг двумя чемоданами, мы как выбирались и спускались по 2 часа, это было что то ,надо было конкретно написать, тогда бы выбрала другой вариант. Если я была бы молодая и с ручным кладом все было бы без проблем.
