Spacious 3 Bedroom and 2 bathroom next to IOI C-Mall

The check in instruction not as advised(caused confusion and delay). I found the mailbox opened with access card and mails. No key found(keys left in unit). Location near to the event we attended. Unit spacious, however host need to engage technician to check the main fuse box as scary sound like fire cracker came for the fuse box, i guest the plug in one of the room default. The bathrooms was blocked cause our feet to soak inside the water as we showered. The pipe in main room sink need to change , anytime can collapse. We found used towels(3pcs) placed on hanger left with 3 folded towel. Bed was so hard(main room). Water dispenser unit to be serviced or change to new type water dispenser. We bought mineral water for boiling and drinking as water coming from dispenser got dirt. My first experience homestay without shower gel/shampoo not provided. Maybe i overlooked on this amenities. I guest the leftover shower gel from previous tenant with water filled inside the bottle. Need to clear all used shampoo/shower gel bottles. Sofa need to be cleaned as many spots.

Host or Booking.com may advise tenant to park their vehicle nearby the shophouses unit/commercial area and not enter the main entrance with security guard as more convenient but need to pay RM5/day parking.
