Host was very responsive. The check-in was seamless as the collection of keys was from the letterbox located within the same block. We came impressed with the clean apartment. The apartment was spacious and dust-free. Basic appliances were provided in working order. There were ample electrical sockets around the room. There are plenty of restaurants, 24hrs supermarket, Starbucks, cafes, mamak eatery, clinics, Watsons etc. around the blocks. So honestly, there is not a need to travel out to get anything as everything is within the compound The traffic around the apartments are less congested. IOI mall is the nearest mall. The apartment faces an unblock scenery with clear sunrise every morning. Perfect for families and will definitely come back.

The smaller room has a pull-out bed which can only be pulled out when you close the door. Alternatively, to make the room more functional we can pull it out of the room (didnt attempt to try this as we don't need it). Perhaps a wall mirror and some hooks can be added behind the door as this is the only room without a dresser. IOI seems near but for those who wish to walk to the mall it is a pretty far walk around the mall as there no short-cuts. Driving there takes 6 mins (RM7 by GRAB) but due to the big turn it seems pretty long. Do note that though host mentioned that GRAB or vehicles can drive into the lobby, some security guards will not let them in. However, there is an alternative entrance that leads to the back of the block which is nearer to the lift. The lifts can take a while but it is not too bad.
