Pengurusan semasa hendak check in sangat teruk.Saya bertanya dengan baik pada pukul 2.30pm di mana qr untuk check in.Admin menjawab adakah saya membuat tempahan check in awal?Tujuan saya mintak supaya untuk standby pada pukul 3 nanti.Tp admin berjanji akan bagi sebelum pukul 3.TAPI MALANGNYA SAYA DAPAT QR 0ADA PUKUL 3.19PM BERMAKSUD SAYA CHECK IN SELEPAS PUKUL 3 DI MANA BUKAN SILAP SY SILAP ADMIN YANG BAGI QR LAMBAT.masa nak check out pandai pula admin ingatkan check out sebelum pukul 12.Admin yang menguruskan qr sgt teruk atas alasan bilik belum siap kemas.itu bukan masalah pelanggan masalah kamu sebab kamu yang janji sejam sebelum check in akan dapat qr.Harap boleh perbaiki lagi
