The place was close to Anini Beach and to the local markets. The rooms were nice and beds were large. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and the knives were excellent. The grill was a plus! Free parking (2 spots) was great and it was cute to have chickens/roosters outside to sit with.
The water pressure was awful. We couldn’t take a shower while someone else was taking one and for sure not when the laundry or dishwasher was running. It felt like the pressure also dropped when neighbors came home in the evenings. There’s no AC either but the fans provided were alright considering it was May but it got very very hot one of the days and that was rough. Also no recycling in the complex so you have to drive it to the recycling centers.
