Absolutely everything!!!!! It was clean, comfy and had everything I needed. The owners and everybody I dealt with were super nice. They were available 24hours for any query or issue. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Cape Town and already recommended the flatlet to family and friends. Thank you to everyone at Cozy Studio Flat for making my stay truly perfect.

Value for 💰. The best place in the area!!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay. This was real value for money. The check in was smooth. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance from my work place for the week. The host was exceptional and quick to assist. The apartment was really cosy and the attention to detail was superb. The bed and even the pillows was comfortable. The kitchenette had everything that was needed, even the knives was sharp. The host provides you with a complimentary litre of milk aswell. The apartment was well ventilated and the wifi was great. I recommend this to any couple or solo traveler. I will definitely book this property again. To Monique...thank you for the great hospitality and keep up the good work.

A cozy quaint little place that’s clean, neat and close to amenities.

The place was cute and cozy. Very clean, convenient and close to amenities. It’s private and wouldn’t say it’s part of a house. Highly recommend this property.

It’s on a busy road, Frans Conradie Drive so the noise of the cars are quite noisy. The shower is a bit small inside the cubicle so taller people or slightly bigger people will find it a bit difficult to move in it.

Beautiful Surprise

The hostess was super accommodating regarding my late booking and check in. The flatlet is spacious and luxurious and well laid out with beautiful sunshine streaming through when you open the blinds and curtains... The kitchen has everything you could need. With a Mall within walking distance. Lots of privacy and convenient access. Definitely on my favourites list now. The owners respect your privacy and are the cutest couple I've ever met!!!
