La limpieza del apartamento así como los detalles de cortesía de los propietarios, el apartamento está en una planta baja y tiene aparcamiento justo en la entrada de la vivienda, dentro de un patio privado lo cual da mucha seguridad, está todo muy nuevo y cuidado
Quizás está bastante alejado del centro, pero si te sabes mover,pasa el tranvía muy cerca, y andando un poco te encuentras cafeterías, restaurantes y supermercados

L'organisation, la propreté, la déco du logement. La chaleur programmée dans les pièces. Les équipements récents, la mise à disposition du nécessaire de toilette et celui du sanitaire. La luminosité et la possibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres. La facilité d'obtention des clés.
L' odeur d'humidité (ou celle des canalisations ?) Le bruit du tram La cour étroite pour entrer et garer la voiture, on précise un parking privé dans l'annonce, on suppose alors une place de parking . De plus la courette donne sur une rue passagère.

En plus d’être très cosy et jolie, la maison est toute équipée, tout est neuf et propre, chauffage dans toutes les pièces. Très pratique d’accès et très bien placée, je recommande fortement d’y faire un tour.
