The appartment's location is very quiet. We could enjoy the perfect equipment as well as comfortable and modern furnishing. The company we visited was 1 km away, so we could easily reach it by walk and spare money on car rental that we didn't need. Good access to Lyon's city by fast tram and underground. Also plenty of busses available at this location. Many small restaurants and bars in the close neighbourhood, as well as shops and other services available. A very good alternative to expensive hotels downtown for business people as well as tourists (also with children) who prefer a quiet and comfortable home/appartment atmosphere. The owner could not meet us during our stay but we had a good sms/phone contact and got all the necessary assistance during check-in and our whole stay.We would advise it to everyone!
