About this house rental
Villa Splendida is a newly built, luxurious, rustic villa situated on the edge of the village of Montizana next to a beautiful forest. Montizana is about 10 kilometres from Porec and the nearest beach.
The house was built and furnished in 2014, is fully air-conditioned and equipped with attractive rustic furniture. Guests of the villa have at their disposal a swimming pool of 50 square metres, a terrace with a seating set, a barbecue, a fenced garden with a well-kept lawn of approx. 1200 square metres and a private parking space for two cars.
Villa for 8-10 people with an area of approx. 210 sqm on two floors fully air-conditioned consists of ground floor where we can find a spacious living room with sitting area, fireplace and access to a covered terrace and pool, a dining room with a table for 10 people and large windows overlooking the forest, fully equipped kitchen also with access to the terrace, an air-conditioned double bedroom with double bed, shower / WC and separate WC. On the first floor there are three air-conditioned double bedrooms, one with a double bed, a large terrace and a bathroom/WC with a whirlpool bath, one with a double bed and a bathroom/WC and one with two single beds and a shower/WC. On the first floor there is another double room with a bunk bed without a wardrobe and an additional terrace with a seating area.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed.
