Serenissima San Marco is a beautifully renovated, design-forward home in the San Marco/Castello area—about a 4-minute walk to St. Mark’s Square and ideally located for exploring Venice on foot. You’re close to the highlights, yet on a quieter Venetian lane away from the busiest crowds.
The space
This is a private, single-unit home with an independent entrance (no shared indoor common areas with other guests). The entry hall is on the ground floor (generally in a “dry zone”), and a short internal staircase leads up to the main apartment.
