The beautiful Villa Tatijana is located on the island of Ugljan, in the immediate vicinity of the sea. It can accommodate up to 8 people and is ideal for families, groups of friends or couples. There are also four comfortable bedrooms (one on the ground floor and three on the first floor) and two bathrooms. Table tennis and darts are available. The fully air-conditioned villa has internet access, a private car park for four cars and the property is completely fenced. There are daily ferry connections from Zadar to the island of Ugljan and to the harbour in the village of Preko. Zadar is an old town rich in cultural heritage and historical attractions. The famous Alfred Hitchcock said that the most beautiful sunset is in Zadar - don't miss it! The old town centre offers monuments from antiquity, the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. Nowadays, Zadar is known for the Sea Organ and the light installation "Pozdrav suncu" (Greeting to the Sun).

Kukljica is home to pine forests, sandy and rocky beaches and the crystal blue Adriatic Sea.
