Summary:
Welcome to the Northern Light House. This 3 bedroom charming cap cod home has been renovated and prepared to be a great place to stay! Your group will enjoy their stay here with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the main level. Both bathrooms have been complexly renovated and ready for you. The spacious living room leads to an updated kitchen/eating space. All new appliances, and washer/dryer on the main level as well! Enjoy a fenced yard and plenty of off-street parking behind our garage.
The Space:
This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the main level! The front bedroom is spacious and has a desk for working as well as mounted TV. The main bedroom is also large, and has an en-suite full bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. Upstairs you will find a 3rd large bedroom, that has 2 queen beds. Guests can enjoy the fenced in back yard, as well as parking for 3+ vehicles in the off-street parking in the back.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full exclusive access to the house, and yard, however he garage is not available for guest use at this time.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:
$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
