Three air-conditioned suites with cinematic views, large living room, full kitchen, and gourmet balcony with private barbecue. Uniquely located in Búzios where sea turtles feed.
The space
Spacious living and dining rooms with views of the ocean, the beach, Ilha Rasa and gorgeous sunrises. Three complete suites: the primary suite has a queen bed and a trundle bed with 2 single mattresses. The second suite has 2 twin beds. The third suite has a queen bed. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. Dining table for 8 people with full service, plus a powder room off the common area.
Guest access
Within the gated community there is a large pool for adults and a children's swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen and BBQ area by the pool, playground, a small soccer field and a beautiful garden by the beach. The property provides direct and exclusive access to Rasa Beach, Arpoador da Rasa and Ponta do Pai Vitório. We are in an environmental preservation area, so you can see sea turtles and stingrays from your balcony.
Other things to note
The gated community is located 10 kms from the downtown core and Orla Bardot, and 8 kms from the Porto da Barra gastronomic center. Within 1 km of the house you'll find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, fishmongers and everything you need for your stay. Excellent for those who want peace and quiet and an exclusive beach with no street vendors or schooners at the door.
