Refúgio
Da sensação de segurança , paisagismo e organização do condomínio. A Rua de Pedras e a Orla Batdot são maravilhosas!
Falta de: roupeiros, máquina de lavar roupas e toalhas de banho. A qualidade e quantidade das roupas de cama deixam a desejar. O entorno ao condomínio é muito barulhento pelo fato de estar num cruzamento de duas avenidas movimentadas. As salas de jogos e o espaço Kids nada convidativo (aspecto antigo e carente de manutenção). A prefeitura esqueceu do bairro: muito lixo e mato no percurso até a praia, bem diferente do Centro, Rua de Pedras e Orla Bardot

Großes und süßes Haus für eine Familie
Das Haus ist wirklich süß und schön eingerichtet. Es hat einen rustikalen Charme. Das Condominium ist auch sehr schön mit vielen Pflanzen und einem dezenten Pool. Es gibt einen Tenniscourt aber da wir keine Schlager hatten, konnten wir ihn nicht nutzen. Das Haus hat genug Ausstattung zum Frühstück vorbereiten. Es war sehr sauber bei unserer Ankunft und die Zimmer sind groß. Das obere Zimmer ist eine Suite. An sich wirklich ein schönes Haus für eine große Familie. Von der Lage her ist es ein wenig abgelegen von Buzios, dafür unweit vom Strand entfernt.
Das Haus war hier und da ein wenig heruntergekommen. Zum Beispiel war ein Fenster halb kaputt und ich war immer vorsichtig damit das Glas nicht aus dem Rahmen fällt. Bei manchen Steckdosen fehlten Abdeckungen oder sie waren etwas locker. Daran könnte man noch etwas arbeiten. Da es direkt an einer befahrenen Straße liegt war es nachts sehr laut zum schlafen, selbst mit geschlossenem Fenster. Die Lage an sich ist OK wenn man ein Auto hat und nicht viel ins Innenzentrum von Buzios möchte. Auf der Straße gibt es unglaublich viel Verkehr und es dauert wie eine Weile. Es fehlten ein paar Utensilien für einen längeren Aufenthalt wie Mülltüten oder ein Besen/Staubsauger. Die Küchenutensilien sind auch nicht zum Kochen geeignet. Es gab keine scharfen Messer. Alles in allem sind dies aber Kleinigkeiten die sich schnell regeln lassen, der Straßenlärm könnte aber für Leichtschläfer ein Problem sein.
