About this villa rental
VILLA COMPLETELY RENOVATED IN 2020 in the wonderful CAPO CERASO RESORT, a village nestled within 20 hectares of natural parkland overlooking the sea, featuring a private beach and pool, entertainment, a kids’ club, restaurant, bar, and an amphitheater for evening shows, etc.
A seaside villa located 400 meters from LI CUNCHEDDI Beach; the sea is just a few minutes’ walk away along a path surrounded by greenery.
Guests will have access to all the resort’s amenities: PRIVATE BEACH, SWIMMING POOL, RESTAURANT, BAR, ENTERTAINMENT, KIDS’ CLUB, TENNIS COURTS, and SHUTTLE SERVICE TO THE BEACH.
My home is new and features 2 bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a sofa and Smart TV, an open-concept kitchen, two bathrooms, and two large verandas equipped with a dining table, garden furniture, a windbreak glass wall, an outdoor shower, and a private garden from which
you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Gulf of Capo Figari and Tavolara Island.
In 2025, we added a 200x230 Jacuzzi to the oceanfront garden, along with a sun deck equipped with two lounge chairs.
The bathroom was also renovated, and the small bathroom was remodeled,
