Die Lage ist sehr zentral, obwohl es gleichzeitig einen Dschungel-Flair hat. Die Ausstattung hat alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Man ist in < 5 min am Strand. Bars, Cafés, Supermarkt, Surfboard-& ATV-Verleih sind direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite - perfekt 👌🏼! Der Hausmeister José ist super freundlich! Ich habe eine Freundin gefunden und Sie „Finda“ genannt 😸 - Wir hatten eine super Zeit zusammen.
Das einzige was man erneuern könnte wäre die Couch im Außenbereich. Die hat ihre besten Jahre hinter sich und das ist ein wichtiges Möbelstück, gerade wenn man abends oder mittags draußen Zeit verbringt.

The property was awesome. The mature gardens created privacy between units. The balcony was awesome place to hang out morning and night.
The bathroom likely had some water damage, so there was a musty mildew smell in the bathroom which is connected to the bedroom. Keeping the bathroom door closed seemed to help.

We loved the location. 5 min walk to the beach, 3 min walk to the main street with many restaruants, shops, grocery, surf and rental locations. Far enough from the main street to not be bothered by street noise. Beautiful jungle setting. My favorite part was the outdoor shower, but it would be nice if it was enclosed for privacy.
We loved the outdoor couch/bed and hammock. Our outdoor living space was very private. We were on the main floor in Palma apartment. The wifi was very reliable. The AC cooled down the apartment very well and we had a big fan if needed.
We loved the prompt service we had when we needed to contact someone for a question or help of any kind.
These are a few of the small details. We would have enjoyed another comfy chair in the outdoor living space. We missed having a pool. The knives were not very sharp. The can opener did not work well at all. Would love to have access to borrow boogie boards and surf boards. Also would have been nice to have a small bistro table and 2 chairs in the main living area inside. More hooks in the bedroom and bathroom.

Die Außenanlagen und die Lage der Unterkunft sind wirklich toll.
Das Innenleben des Hauses ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise etwas feucht. Wer wert auf ein gepflegtes Bad und eine gepflegte Küche legt ist hier falsch.
