Riverside Apartments - Walk to the Beach in Santa Teresa! Newly Renovated!

Ubicación en un lugar tranquilo, en medio de la naturaleza pero a la vez cerca de todo. Muchas facilidades como el auto check in y la ducha fuera de los apartamentos.

We stayed here for New Years Eve and the place was amazing! We read all the reviews and was a bit afraid of the outcome. But it was super nice and clean. Very close to the beach and the road was easy and accessible. You must except muddy roads in Santa Teresa, which is only a small part of the road to the apartments. It’s a nice and quiet area by the river with lots of monkeys in the trees (with no garbage on the roads and nearby area). The apartment it self has no longer molds on the walls and smells fresh and clean. Furthermore are the staff nice and helpful- and Mati is always ready to give you tips and advices. You can definitely feel that everything has been newly renovated. The kitchen is also well stored with everything you need - even coffee ;) We highly recommend the place ! Definitely worth the money.

Que era luminoso y la vista era espectacular, la cocina estaba muy bien, toda equipada con lo necesario, la heladera funcionaba espectacular, el baño estaba completo, los ambientes eran amplios, el balcón suma. Nos cambiaron el ventilador de pie que no funcionaba por uno igual y les pedimos un juego extra de sábanas y nos lo facilitaron sin costo alguno ni problemas. Muy buena predisposición y cordialidad.

Las sillas de la barra no eran cómodas, las del balcón tampoco y son las únicas sillas que hay en el lugar. Durante el día la habitación es un horno imposible de habitarla, el AA no llega ala habitación, de noche se duerme con ventilador bien, si sufría de calor, tenés que dormir en el living, teniendo en cuenta que la zona es húmeda y con altas temperaturas. El ingreso al predio no es cómodo, la puerta principal no habré del todo, tiene unos ladrillos sueltos de escalera y la escalera a los deptos tienen la pesada muy corta y hay que prestar atención a donde se pone el pie.
