The top floor living space is open concept, designed for both entertaining and relaxing surrounded by stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and Pamlico sound.
The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. In the event the expansive views from the living room don't lure you out to the deck, the cozy sitting area has a smart TV and Spectrum cable. If you must work, you can do so with a view! The office provides water views and privacy from the main space with French doors. A half bath completes the living space. The bedroom level features two queen bedrooms, a king ensuite, and built-in bookshelves with an extensive book collection for your summer reading. The queen bedrooms are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Both have ocean views and ample storage. The master king bedroom boasts serene sound views, a walk-in closet, double vanity bathroom with a large shower, and a private deck. At the top of the dry entry is the fourth bedroom. This twin bunk room space is directly across from the main entrance to the home, but it is separate with its own keyless entry. It has a half bath and closet. This room lends itself to guests who want their own space and privacy.
The carport has plenty of space for your vehicles and beach gear. There is a large outdoor shower, fish table and propane grill.
