About this house rental
Family home La Pinada (built in 2025) is located in a cozy urbanization (with only 15 homes) and features a living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (all on one level).
Living/Dining Room:
The living room has 2 single armchairs and a spacious sofa. There is also a large television.
The dining table has 5 chairs and can accommodate a highchair.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, and a large fridge with freezer drawers. It also has various appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine, citrus juicer, toaster, and blender.
Bathrooms:
La Pinada has 2 bathrooms, each with a spacious shower with shower screen, toilet, and sink with vanity.
Bedrooms:
The master bedroom has a double bed (1.60 x 200 cm). This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom and a spacious wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a single bed (90 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a cot can be added.
Bedroom 3 has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe.
All mattresses are pocket sprung and have a 6cm topper. All beds have single duvets, and a variety of pillows are available.
Terraces and garden:
At the front of La Pinada is the entrance gate, with a private parking space behind it. There's a small seating area here.
At the rear is a small garden with a dining table, parasol, and 6 dining chairs. The washing machine and the hot water boiler, heated by a solar panel, are also located here.
The stairs lead to the spacious roof terrace with 2 sunbeds and a comfortable lounge set
Winter sun:
You can enjoy breakfast in the sun on the terrace in front of the house, after which the sun shines in the garden behind it, and the roof terrace enjoys sunshine all day long!
Communal swimming pool:
The back garden also provides access to the communal patio with a swimming pool.
The patio and pool are only accessible to residents and guests and are a private area. This allows children to run around and play freely.

Just a 2-minute walk away, with a short stroll through a park with "pinadas," is a small local shopping center.
