About this apartment rental
Beautiful fully renovated one bedroom, one bathroom Condo on the ground floor with outdoor shower off the back porch. Queen size bedroom bed and sofa sleeper can comftablly accommodate four adults. All new furniture and appliances with control access, handicap access and two designated parking spots in front of the unit. Great views and a great variety of restaurants, groceries, bars/micro breweries, dollar store, gas stations and automotive service shops within walking distance (1mile ratio). Fishing Pier and Seawalk Beach Pavilion located within less than one and a half mile walk and less than a mile drive. Mayo Clinic is under a 15 min drive. Direct acces to the beach from the deck which is in front and to the right of the back porch/lanai. Very peaceful and quiet place but in the heart of all entertainment and conveniences.

I had a great stay at this lovely condo. It is just steps from the beach. The owners were very kind and they keep the place so nice. I am picky about cleanliness and this place was so clean. It was a nice place away from home while working in the area. I would definitely rent the condo in the future if I am in the area again!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

I had an appointment at Mayo Clinic and decided to stay at the beach instead of a hotel. This condo was perfect for my short stay in Jacksonville. It met all my needs and the beach was steps from the unit. I liked being on the first floor; my car was right out front. Bed very comfortable! Highly recommend.

Everything was just like the pics. Had everything we needed. Loved that it was literally steps to the beach.
