We had an amazing stay, the place is lovely and the small poop and deck were wonderful to enjoy the sunny mornings. The room was super comfortable and the breakfast was spectacular!

This is just a minor detail but as a suggestion, the bed sheets were not fitted (didn’t have elastic on the corners) and ir was super annoying that they came off during the night while sleeping.

Pousada simples mas que atende super as necessidades. Fomos super bem recepcionados por um senhor super gentil (que infelizmente não me recordo o nome). O mesmo, inclusive, nos fez a gentileza de levar até o nosso quarto saca rolha e taças para brindarmos nosso aniversário de casamento, detalhe; estava chovendo horrores! Café da manhã gostoso e pertinho do centro. Pra quem vai de carro fica a uns 5min do centro. Super silenciosa. Banheiro com chuveiro elétrico, quarto com ar-condicionado e ventilador de teto. Tivemos uma ótima estadia. 😊

O café da manhã completo, quarto e banheiro grandes, chuveiro excelente. A localização é conveniente (perto da avenida) e ao mesmo tempo privilegiada, cercada pela Mata Atlântica.

Implementar um protocolo diário e proativo para a limpeza dos quartos, garantindo a troca obrigatória das sacolas de lixo do banheiro e das toalhas molhadas, sem que seja necessária qualquer solicitação por parte do hóspede. Isso elevaria significativamente a percepção de cuidado e conforto.

Café da manhã maravilhoso, quarto limpo, para que gosta de silêncio o lugar é ideal. Sempre que precisei tive assistência , minha experiência foi muito boa e pretendo voltar sem dúvidas

Não teve nada que eu não gostasse, a única coisa que foi um pouco mais complicado foi o uber, que como a pousada não fica no centro para quem não vai de carro pode enfrentar alguns problemas de demora no uber, fora isso tudo maravilhoso.

Bom café da manhã. FIcamos em um quarto no térreo, o que facilitou bastante pois,a pousada tem 4 patamares. Clima agradável, a família é simpática e solícita. Nos deixaram bem a vontade. O local é um pouco afastado do centro histórico de Paraty, mas como estávamos de carro de nada atrapalhou. Até gostamos, pois havia bastante silêncio e muita arborização.

Havia um pouco de cheiro de mofo no quarto, mas deixamos a varanda aberta e melhorou.

אין תמורה למחיר,אין אף אחד בקבלה, ארוחת הבוקר מאוד דלה,אתה משלם הרבה כמו במלון שלוש כוכבים,ומקבל את

נתחיל מזה שהגעתי מריו דא ז'ניירו,,חמש וחצי שעות נסיעה,הגעתי לא היה אף אחד בקבלה,המתנתי רבע שעה,ואף אחד לא הגיע,הייתי מאוד עייף ורציתי כבר להיות בחדר,בקיר מעל הכניסה יש פעמון,צלצלתי בפעמון כמה פעמים לאחר שלוש דקות הגיעה האישה שמנהלת את המקום,עשתה לי צ'ק אין, חייבה אותי על השהייה,ונתנה לי את המפתח, אגב במשך שלושת הלילות שהייתי שם,אף פעם לא ראיתי אותה בקבלה,המקום תמיד היה ריק, לא היה סבון במקלחת(,טוב שהבאתי סבון איתי,) המקום נמצא באיזור של טבע,כך שהיו נמלים על הריצפה,וגם על המיטה,סבלתי מעקיצות וגירודים, ארוחת הבוקר הייתה דלילה,לחמים,ריבות,שלוש סוגי עוגות, מיצים,קפה,תה,חלב, המים במקלחת היו פושרים, מה שהיה חיובי זה: שבדר יש מרפסת שנפתחת החוצה,ויש שם ערסל,יש הרגשה שהם עושים את המינימום בהתייחסות לאורחים,( אם בכלל) בשורה התחתונה: מאוד התאכזבתי, המחיר מאוד גבוה,ואין תמורה כלל למחיר,הייתי בריו במלון שלוש כוכבים עם ארוחת בוקר מצוינת, מזנון מלא,יחס לאורחים,כמובן תמיד ישנו מישהו בקבלה, ושילמתי שם קצת פחות ממה ששילמתי במקום הזה,

מה לא אהבתי? כמעט כל מה שכתבתי למעלה, גרוע,וגם כשהגעתי המקרר היה סגור,לא מופעל,בעלת המקום הפעילה אותו כשנכנסתי לחדר,הוא קירר קצת,הפריזר לא עבד,קניתי גלידה ושמתי בפריזר,זה הפך להיות מיץ גלידה, לך תדבר איתה על זה כשהיא בכלל לא נמצאת.
