About this villa rental
Modern holiday rental villa with views of the city's historic walls, with private pool for 6 guests.
Villa Can Costa with its garden is a link between the old town of Alcudia and the interior of Mallorca.
A holiday home perfectly designed over two floors with luxury furnishings. Upon entering, it impresses with its open-plan spaces, which are distributed as follows: a spacious and bright kitchen with cooking island, a dining area, a living area and access to the terrace.
There are also two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a 160 cm double bed and the other with two 90 cm single beds each. Both rooms share a full bathroom and an independent toilet. Both rooms have access to the beautiful garden and pool.
A modern steel staircase leads to the first floor. Here you will find a room with a double bed, a large balcony with sun loungers and a private bathroom.
The outdoor area with its shaded and sunny terraces, barbecue and many corners to relax offers the perfect retreat with the family to recharge your batteries and restore your energy. The private salt water pool provides refreshment on hot summer days.
It is worth noting that this property has a charging point for electric cars.

All rooms in the holiday villa are equipped with air conditioning and are available 24 hours a day.

At the end of the village there is an 18-hole golf course. Alcanada Golf Club was built in 2003 by the legendary golf architects Robert Trent Jones Sr. & Jr. and is situated in the middle of a nature reserve offering spectacular views of the bay.

My family and i had a lovely holiday. The location of the house is perfect. Just beside the old fortress. The house is lovely, has all the acomadtions you need.

Excellent villa located in the north of Mallorca, close to the charming old town of Alcudia. Perfect location, just a few steps from the pub crawl, buses, and with easy access to car and bike rentals. Ideal for those looking for comfort, tranquility and an excellent base to explore the area.
