Welcome to Hyatt Residence Club – Main Street Station, ideally located in downtown Breckenridge and just 250 yards from the base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver SuperChair. This spacious three-bedroom villa comfortably sleeps 10 and combines rustic mountain charm with modern luxury—all within walking distance to skiing, restaurants, shopping, and more.
The Space:
This beautifully appointed three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa is a combination of a two-bedroom unit and a lock-off studio, offering flexibility and privacy for families or groups.
• Master Bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom featuring a jetted spa tub, separate walk-in shower, and double vanity
• Second Bedroom with two twin beds (can be converted to a king upon request before arrival)
• Second Full Bathroom with a tub/shower combo
• Full Kitchen with full-size appliances, cookware, and dining table
• Living Area with queen-size sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, Smart TV, and comfortable seating
• In-Unit Washer/Dryer for added convenience
• Studio Lock-Off Suite featuring a king bed, queen Murphy bed, gas fireplace, kitchenette, and a private en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower
• Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the unit

• Heated outdoor pool & seven outdoor hot tubs

Hyatt Main Street Station is a fantastic location at the base of Peak 9. Easy access to slopes, to main street restaurants, and to other activities. Property is clean. Garage is tight with bigger vehicles and cannot accommodate oversized vehicles.Property manager was very accessible for questions. She replied within minutes anytime contacted. Excellent experience.
