Need a break? This Riviera dream house is truly a one of a kind retreat nestled in the hills of the world-famous Santa Barbara Riviera. You will never want to leave the serenity of this dream property when you see the unmatched city and ocean views.
Start your day with the intoxicating aroma of coffee by making a pour-over using local beans from one of our many great local roasters with the Chemex, grinder, and kettle provided in our beautiful kitchen. Too early for all that? We also have a Keurig with a milk frother that makes for an enjoyable and easy morning. Step out onto the expansive deck and take in the unparalleled views that this home offers while you breath in the crisp morning air.
Continue the day perusing cute local shops, tasting rooms, and eateries in Montecito or the popular Funk Zone which are both just minutes away. Don’t feel like going out? Stay home and sprawl out on the massive couch while you finally take the time to binge that show everyone has been talking about on our Apple TV. You can also break out the Bocce set and play a round or two on your very own bocce court on the property.
As the sun begins to set it’s time to fire up one of the fire pits and break out that bottle of wine that you picked up from one of our local wineries as you prepare to behold one of the magnificent Santa Barbara sunsets. The night is just beginning though when you break out the smore’s kit and start to roast marshmallows with the whole family. After you’ve had your sweet tooth satisfied then it’s time to end the night by soaking in the hot tub while you overlook the city lights and wonder to yourself how long you can extend your trip for because you never want this vacation to end.

We had an amazing time staying in this beautiful property. The house was immaculate; with the most gorgeous views! We could not have asked for anything more. And we hope to return someday!

Host was easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions promptly. The house was clean and comfortable. Bedding and towels fresh. Everything was easy. The one comment I would make is regarding the staircase- without any carpet runner on the wooden steps, it makes them slippery and somewhat dangerous. My niece slipped and fell down the steps. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again. Have already recommended to a friend. The views from the deck are outrageous!

What a lovely & well-planned rental. Finding a spot for adult family members/couples looking for real bedding (not twins), the 3 king rooms were key. Also, one of our group struggles with steps so a master bed/bath on the main floor sealed the deal. Immediately, we felt like we could all unplug and relax, enjoy the space, fresh air & views. All of the extra “hang spaces” allowed for a great flow, we didn’t HAVE to share the same room all the time. Beds are really comfortable/high quality (bedding is down if you have allergies). Blackout blinds, thank you! Everything felt new and well cared for... The have a Keurig, French press & Chemex for coffee maker choices, so happy. We arrived with ample supplies so there was no reason to leave 😊. The kitchen was so well stocked with equipment, if you bring the food, you can make just about anything you want… So many things to explore in the area but none of us wanted to leave. It was even better in person! The hosts were perfect :) Available, helpful, professional, competent… Wish we could have stayed longer, look forward to returning, HIGHLY recommend! P.S. If you are arriving after dark, ask for some pointers of screengrab? Waze might leave you a little confused. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
