Best location on the mountain. Slopeside 4004 is located on Queens Drive, just off Queens Highway beginner ski Trail. Located in the thick of it all at Tramside. Easy ski in, ski out access, no road or parking lots to cross on way to slopes. Private, quiet upstairs unit. New warm, wall to wall carpet, new living room pull out queen size sleeper couch and new lounge chair & bunkbed with full bed. New (November 2024) GE Washer and dryer in bathroom. New mattress in primary bedroom (Serta, November 2025), Outside Deck, free Wi-Fi internet, new Smart tv for apps, with full cable, including 42 plus channels, including most sports channels and 5 or 6 HBO channels, additional primary bedroom TV with DVD. Full kitchen, seating for 6. The tram side lifts, Jay Hotel, water park, the Foundry restaurant, ice rink, provisions store, pizza house and Tram House lodge restaurant and bar are all just steps away. Close to groomed Nordic and snowshoe trails. Baby high chair available upon request. Professional cleaning provided by Green Cleaning, LLC, Jay, VT.

The unit is great but Jay's tramside lifts only ran one day and we waited 90 minutes to ride the tram. Both Tram and Flyer get closed in high winds the Metro is awaiting a part that is not in stock.
