About this house rental
Memory building Trailside Condo on the snowiest mountain in the East. This newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo has lots of amazing natural light and is located directly on the mountain at Jay Peak resort with a location that is close to everything! A short walk through the parking lot and you can ski directly down to Vermont's only Ariel Tram. Take the Queens Highway Trail cut out and ski directly back to the condo down a regularly groomed path and through the glade to the back deck. Walk, not drive, to the Pump House Indoor Water park, the restaurants at Hotel Jay, Taiga Spa, or the Ice Haus Skating Center. Feel free to take the free resort shuttle if your legs are burning from Jet laps.
The condo boasts a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a gas range, dishwasher and refrigerator, granite countertops, microwave, coffee maker, waffle iron, panini press, blender, and all the utensils and accessories for cooking your family meals or whipping up a drink (hot cocoa too). Large dining table, stone gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, washer, dryer, books, games, semi-private back yard, and a back deck for the warmer seasons.
The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a king size bed and a desk, for those who need a space to sneak some work in (but why would you?). The second bedroom features two (2) twin over full bunk beds and plenty of room to spread out, with a Roku equipped TV for the kids down time. The third bedroom is located on the main level and has a queen-sized bed. There are full-sized bathrooms on both the upper and lower floors; the upstairs bath boasts a tub and heat lamp while the downstairs bath will win you over with dual head showers to warm you up after your day on the mountain.

The location is perfect for the amenities that the resort provides. Walking distance to the water park, the tram, golf clubhouse, restaurants and the Ice Haus. The house is clean, tidy and has everything you need for a functional, luxurious stay all at a good rate — not to mention the beautiful view from the upstairs window. I would 100% recommend this location as a “go-to” for anyone at any age. Plus, the host is communicable and hospitable. 10/10.
