About this apartment rental
This stylish accommodations are perfect for a family. Recently renovated.
Departure on ski-in/ski-out.
Bed linen included.
Towels are extra.
On the 3rd floor of the recent ATRIA residence -Crozats district-, large 2-room apartment of 50m2 comprising: a comfortable entrance, a living room with equipped kitchen, sofa bed and access to a large terrace, a large bedroom with 3 beds, a bathroom with bath and shower.
Rented for up to 5 people with ski locker equipped with boot dryer.
South-West exposure, beautiful view of the mountains and the resort, proximity to the center of the resort.
The little extras: laundry room in the residence, ski shop at the foot of the building, shops nearby (access facilitated by a public escalator in front of the residence), proximity to the starting point of the ESF ski lessons (plateau), provision of a sledge for children.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory and at an additional cost.
For any additional services (towels, baby cot, bed made on arrival, etc.), please contact us.
Important details:
ARRIVAL / KEY:
The key can be collected from the Avoriaz Holidays- La Centrale Locative concierge (during opening hours) or from the resort reception at the unloading docks (outside the concierge service's hours).
In winter, it is recommended to take a snowcat or sleigh to get to the apartment.
LUGGAGE STORAGE:
We do not have a luggage storage service.
Luggage storage is provided by the resort of Avoriaz but only on Saturdays. Please inquire at the reception of the resort.
LINEN:
Bed linen is provided but beds are not made on arrival unless specifically requested for an additional fee.
Towels are available at an additional cost and on request at least 96 hours before arrival.
DEPARTURE / KEY:
Upon departure, the key must be handed over to the concierge (Avoriaz Holidays). Outside opening hours, the key must be left in the concierge mailbox (at the front door).

We really loved our stay here. The location is perfect, with everything just a short walk away. Ski-in/ski-out was , especially useful with a young family. Waking up to the views every morning was a highlight. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable, and communication with the owners was always easy and quick.

We had a lovely time in Avoriaz. Severine is a lovely host. Pre-arrival all of my questions were answered promptly and every request was in place for our stay. Check in was straightforward and the apt is lovely. Great location. Easy check out. We even had fresh snow! A wonderful trip I would stay again!

Better than expected apartment. Was bigger than expected and was comfortable. I wouldn’t have wanted 5 in there, we were just 3, unless you are all just friends and you use as a base. Great location, although it took us till the second day to discover the public passageways with escalators, it was our first time staying in Avoriaz. The apartment could do with more cooking utensils, making pancakes for breakfast was a challenge. But if that’s our biggest issue on a ski trip, it must have been pretty good. The host was especially helpful, although the map they supply you with of the village isn’t great, too small to understand, but our questions were always answered promptly. Just one thing to mention is that the ski rooms are locked from 7pm til 7am, so don’t leave your skis in them if you have to leave before 7 on an early flight! We made this mistake but the host managed to sort it out for us and left with skis and boots in our luggage.
We would definitely book again!
