We really enjoyed our stay in 1013 and found the apartment clean tidy and good for what we needed.

There were a couple of things broken, hair dryer, lamp over sink etc. which they fixed when we messaged about it. Like others have written though, it would have been a struggle & quite tight if there were 4 of us, there was only a 2 seater sofa to relax on. The other seating was a hard bench or 2 hard dining chairs. Two things to note in the photos it shows a Tassimo coffee machine, that has been replaced with a Nespresso and the microwave does not have oven capability, microwave & grill with a function called CrispyCrust, which is designed for pizzas etc. Despite not being able to find precise instructions on line we managed to cook samosas, pizzas etc adequately in it.

The Avoriaz didn't dissapointed us. It was a lot of snow and a lot of off-piste. Great location. Considering all Avoriaz flats are small, this one was also small, but convinient enough to fit a family of 4.

The apartment was modern and fairly clean, with a balcony looking out over Avoriaz. In good snow conditions, you can totally ski in and out - it was a little wet when we were there so this wasn’t possible. The shower in the apartment is great and it’s nice and warm.

The apartment is really poorly stocked. There was no washing up liquid, coffee filters (despite there being a coffee machine), basic cupboard items (oil, salt, pepper etc), only a single roll of toilet paper and a single sponge for cleaning. These are all things that everyone staying in the apartment will need and likely are binning after leaving - not very eco-friendly. Considering the price of the apartment this was really disappointing. There was a sofa bed and a double bed, but only one set of sheets was provided.
