3 Bedroom DIRECT BAYFRONT Condo in midtown Ocean City with an outdoor pool! Great building on 56th St. just across the street (1.5 blocks and a 3-4 minute walk) from the beach and Atlantic Ocean! You'll love this condo, it's direct bayfront view from the main living areas, expansive balcony and the master bedroom! Oh, and of don't forget the best sunsets in Ocean City! The condo features tile and laminate flooring throughout and a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials including a microwave, Keurig and slow cooker. This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, 3rd floor condo has 9 ft. ceilings, a full sized washer/dryer, high speed wifi and TVs with cable in all bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed. The second bedroom has a Queen and twin size bed and the third bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed that is a twin over double bed. This condo can sleep 8 people comfortably. There are two assigned parking spots, one covered and one uncovered and the building has an elevator. The covered spot has a clearance of 6'6". Condo is a short walk to some of the best restaurants and bars in town: Seacrets, Fagers Island, Mackys, Alley Oops, Tequila Frogs and 45th St. Taphouse to name a few.
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.
*The property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $135. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**
