Wonderful house, great communication, easy check-in. The four included bikes are very nice to have.Watersound is the best; it’s quiet, beautiful, great location, great pool, private beach not crowded. The location of the house is a bit of a walk to the pool and beach. But on the other hand, it is a short walk to coffee and donuts in the morning at Khave & Cream. We could even walk to dinner at Old Florida Fish House. Very handy location.

Very nice house and neighborhood. Just wanted to address a couple of maintenance/cleaning issues that need some attention:1-saw several roaches and had to kill them ourselves. 2-Twin bedroom shower wouldn’t drain. 3-dishwasher facing kept falling off and really needs to be cleaned. 4- front loader washing machine had mold around rimI can tell the people that own the house would expect more. My thoughts are they just haven’t stayed there in a bit and aren’t aware.
