(1) Bicycles must be walked from where the pavement ends at the clubhouse to the entrance of the beach walkover, where the railing begins; and (2) Bicycles must be ridden at the lowest possible speed while on the beach walkover. **

The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The house was spacious and the neighborhood is beautiful. The beach gear selection was great and appreciated. The mornings on the porch were nice too-some cozy throws would be nice for those visiting in the winter time. The pantry’s little hidden nook was a cute hideaway for the kids. Surprisingly, the toilet paper and paper towels were low quality. A trip to the store remedies that, but in a home so well thought out, it didn’t seem appropriate.

We chose this home after staying by the big chill for a week, wanted to extended our stay by 2 days. Home was wonderful, extremely comfortable beds. The only complaint was the maid service was parked outside of the home 40 minutes prior to check out waiting for us to checkout at 10am.That made for a stressful departure and was not enjoyable-felt like a damper on the end of the trip. Did not use the checkout portal as the maid service was well ahead of checkout time.

Everything about this house was amazing!! The amount of space in every room was perfect for our family. The location of the house was great and easy to get back to Seaside or a quick trip to Rosemary.

It was a perfect getaway for my wife's 50th birthday with our daughter and some friends. Loved the pool, and the beach access.
