Surfside 13 is a cute little lakefront condo on Lake Huron in Oscoda. The condo development has its own private beach on Lake Huron that includes 363 feet of gorgeous beach and guests have full access to this private beach! Includes air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, 2 smart televisions (one in bedroom), kitchenette, dining area, and a washer and dryer in the unit. Pet friendly as well with both dogs and cats allowed! Great beach and lake getaway for individuals, couples, or small families!
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1) PET POLICY: Up to 2 small pets are allowed. Both dogs and cats are allowed, but pets other than dogs or cats are not permitted. Please make certain that the pet fee is paid if bringing 1 or 2 pets.
2) NUMBER OF GUESTS: Please note that our pricing is based upon the number of guests, with pricing being higher with each additional guest that is included on the reservation. Please make certain that the correct number of guests is specified on the reservation so that the pricing is correct.
3) EARLY CHECK-IN: Our policy is to allow early check-in on the day of arrival if the property is available for check-in. We will not know until the day before arrival whether or not the property will be available for early check-in or not. You can check with our local property manager the day before arrival or on your arrival day to see if the property will be available for early check-in or not.
4) LATE CHECK-OUT: We maintain a very strict and structured cleaning schedule. As such, late check-outs are strictly prohibited.

Very comfortable & well stocked condo. The beach is beautiful. Very close to restaurants & grocery store. Enjoyed the gorgeous sunrises & relaxing beach walks. The only concerns we had were that the entries appeared unfinished. There was no number on the unit & there are 2 doors. Not sure which was main entry when we arrived & there is not a stoop at the entry door ( might be difficult for some to step up into & down when exiting). Also no deadbolt or chain lock on the doors. I believe these are things being worked on as it is newly remodeled. The host was helpful & prompt in contacting us on arrival. We would surely like to stay here again in future. Love the area!

The condo was just as pictured - cute, clean, and comfy for the two of us and our dog. We enjoyed using the new deck and grill and the beautiful beach. We found the bed too hard for us, the curb appeal lacking (lights/doors) and the sink/shower in the bathroom very slow to drain, but overall a nice stay in a well equipped place.
