If you want to spend a few days at the beach, this is the place—the apartment is fully furnished, and the ocean is right outside the living room and master bedroom. You can cook while enjoying ocean views. It features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a study. There are three adjoining suites at the All Ritmo Resort & Water Park Hotel (for more information, check online), complete with lounge chairs, a beach, hot tubs, a gym, and more. And you can use all of this!
Plus, for a fee, enjoy bars, restaurants, and even a water park.
The Accommodation
Right on the beachfront, I own a spacious 3-bedroom apartment plus a studio with three full bathrooms, measuring over 240 m². It’s splendid because it’s very large and cozy.
What makes this apartment unique is that it’s located within a 3-star hacienda-style resort, making it a pleasant, comfortable, and one-of-a-kind place, as guests can use ALL the resort’s included amenities, such as the pools, lounge chairs, beach, hot tubs, sports courts, the gym, etc. And for an additional fee, you can use the resort’s restaurants and bars, as well as the water park, which is ideal for young children
The apartment is located on the first floor, so there’s no need to go up or down stairs or take an elevator, and the parking lot is just a few steps away if you have a car—very convenient for unloading groceries
Food and beverages are not included.
Additionally, for a small extra fee, you can enjoy the all-you-can-eat buffets at the restaurants, the water park, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and—by purchasing a day pass—ALL of the hotel’s various attractions and shows 24 hours a day

Twenty years ago, when I arrived in Cancún, I had the opportunity to buy the first suite, then the second, and finally the third. I combined them to create a spacious and cozy 240 m² space to enjoy Cancún.
It’s important to note that you’ll be staying in my home. I’ve removed all my personal belongings but left all the furniture and appliances for you to enjoy, and I ask that you take care of the place and treat it with respect.
