About this villa rental
This is a fantastic, newly built villa with spectacular views and with direct access to the sea, located in the quiet residential area of Cap d'en Font, on the south coast of Menorca. A very exclusive residential area that is very popular with those who are seeking peace and proximity to crystal clear waters to bathe in.
The fabulous exteriors include a long and elegant L-shaped swimming pool, impressive sea views, direct access to the sea from the rocks and a magnificent garden where you can relax and enjoy wonderful moments in good company.
This south facing property is a lovely light affair, receiving lots of natural light through the large windows, has air conditioning throughout and has a practical distribution over a ground floor level and lower level.
On the main floor are a spacious, sea view living-dining room with high ceilings and terrace doors that open seamlessly to the outdoor area and more gorgeous sea views. There is a modern, fully fitted kitchen, the master suite also with sea views, private bathroom and a dressing room plus two further double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower rooms.
In the basement, which has an independent access from the terrace via steps, there is an apartment with two double bedrooms, one on suite bathroom and one shower room, laundry area and a further space perfect for converting into the lounge area.
From the garden of the villa you can easily take a swim in the sea (access from the rocks) and from the dreamlike swimming pool you can watch the sea and fantastic sunsets. The villa meets all the conditions for an exclusive holiday in beautiful Menorca.

Generally
The house is located close to the airport. It depends in which direction the airplanes are start and land you will hear the noise. In our case it did not bother us. It was okay.
Positive
The location of the house is breathtaking.
It is well designed modern villa which people will love if they appreciate modern architecture.
The pool length with 16 Meter is great. You can do easily swim workouts.
We could stay late on our departure day. That was great.
Negative
Maintenance is in some areas not up to date. For instance
- Crack in one mirror
- One fridge is very rusty inside
- The kitchen cabinet doors are not all working well
- The control panel of the kitchen hood is not working
- The fittings of the bathrooms did not work well
- The fitting of the outside shower is not working well
- Some tiles are fallen of in the swimming pool
- etc.
The most challenging one are the two bedrooms in the basement. They are very smelly due to the high humidity I guess. We stopped sleeping in the basement after two days. We could not stay with the mod smell. Maybe other guests can handle it.
After we returned home, the landlord is trying to charge us for damaging a veneer fridge door with 3.000€. We are currently in contact with FeWo to sort this is issue out.
Summary
The house and the location is outstanding. The equipment of the kitchen and the bathrooms is in the years. The two bed rooms in the bed room we could not use for our stay due to the mod smell.
