We had a fabulous time staying in unit at Pine Cove. The location is amazing, the pool and beach access is perfect. We stayed in a much nicer unit in the Sundial on Sanibel last year, but the location of this condo is 1 million times better.
The unit itself, though, could use a little TLC but the furniture was comfortable despite being well worn & stained. The walls are scuffed and stained as well, most wall hangings, pillows, decor were askew/disorganized. We had 1 regular pillow on a king size bed (thankfully we brought our own pillows). There was only 1 extra roll of 1 ply toilet paper beyond the half rolls left behind, and 5 total bath towels in the unit. For the price tag we just expected better from the property management company, but we had an amazing time nonetheless, and plan to rent from the same building again, just will do so in a different unit.
