Met with family for golf, pool and beach to finally see our beloved sanibel.Property was well maintained with beautiful pool and view from our lanai.Biggest issue was first night when master shower was clogged and leaked below to neighbors bath.She persisted in ringing doorbell at 12:30 and calling property manager and others; we were asleep and didn’t know it happened)!It was repaired next day ( hair clogging drain) but owner below was not very cordial or polite in handling situation.Kudos to Michael who manages property and Linda at rental agency who were very helpful and kind.Sanibel is still recovering from Ian , Small midges were biting and red tide rampant the two weeks we were there

This property was more than we expected. Very spacious, beautiful decorations. There was an extra bedroom with 2 bunk beds. The only thing it needed was beach equipment that wasn't so old. We ended up renting a 10 x 10 tent for the beach. Otherwise it was great.

We have been coming to PC for almost 15 years. Have stayed in various units but this was our first stay in 304. This particular unit is due for a makeover and I understand that will be happening soon. The master bedroom mattress definitely needs replacing in addition to general updating of the entire unit. None of these issues, however, prevented us from having another great stay at PC.
