The city of Split is the second largest Croatian city located on the coast of Central Dalmatia. It is called a "living museum" because of the huge number of cultural heritage and the most famous palace, Diocletians palace. In the centre of this beautiful city there is a rustic and at the same time modern and beautiful Villa Diocletian.
Villa Diocletian was built in 1935. In 2010 it has been completely renovated, paying attention to every detail. Carefully selected combinations of modern furniture and interiors integrate beautifully with the rustic style and will leave you breathless.
The interior of the beautiful Villa Diocletian extends over 550 m2 and is optimal for 10 guests. The first floor consists of a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, dining area, nicely furnished living room and one bedroom. On the second floor and at the main entrance of the villa there is a dining room, a living room, a kitchen and a nice working office as well as a separate bathroom. On the 2nd floor of this beautiful villa there are 4 modern bedrooms, two of which have their own bathroom, while the other two share a single bathroom. We also must point out that on the second floor you can also find a beautifully designed Winter Garden. Guests can park their cars in 4 parking spaces in the courtyard.
On the property with a total surface area of 2000m2 you can find a stunning pool (5.8mx12.5m). In the daytime you can lounge on comfortable sun loungers on the sundeck by the pool and in the evening enjoy home-cooked food and a glass of wine. Whether you want to spend a holiday alone with a book or in larger company, this beautiful villa will stay in your memory for a long time. As there are no neighbours in the immediate vicinity of the villa, guests will be able to enjoy their holiday in complete privacy.
