This wonderful property is at one of the most attractive locations in Split, Croatia. We call it a perfect getaway, for it is a remarkable historical edifice, offering an oasis of privacy and luxury just a few minutes from the city center. Villa S is situated in the neighbourhood of Split called Meje, which is a south-oriented district in the west end of Split, just at the beginning of the forest Park Marjan. This remarkable house was renovated in 2004, but because it is over a hundred years old building and due to its value, it is under the protection of The Institute for Protection of Cultural Monuments of The Republic of Croatia.
Villa S is a perfect luxury residence for 10 guests. It is a building of three floors with kitchen, dining and living area, one bedroom and toilet on the ground floor, from where you have access to two upper floors by staircase.
On the first floor. you will find a spacious hall with a fireplace, kitchen, living room, dining room with terrace, fitness, sauna, and library.
On the second floor, there are four double bedrooms 3 bathrooms, and a terrace. Villa S is south oriented so you will have a wonderful sea view from almost every room.
Villa S has all the luxury amenities you desire, all rooms have TV, wireless Internet connection, and air-conditioning. Outside area of the Villa is a spacious Mediterranean garden with a swimming pool and Jacuzzi tub in the center, and an open-air dining area, which all together can be ideal for private GALA dinners and cocktail parties.

We had great time in Split and in this beautiful villa. we could not use all facilities since it was cold but definitely we will be back again during summertime.

Villa was impeccable. Spacious, clean, with all things that we needed. Walking distance to the beaches and the city centre.
