Rustic Villa Peleope is located on the island of Šipan, 20 km from the city of Dubrovnik, which received its title of one of the most desirable tourist destinations for its recognizable medieval walls and cultural and artistic events and festivals, which makes it attractive for all ages. It was built in the early 20th century and was completely renovated in 2016. It has 250 m2 of living space, while the area of the entire property is 7300 m2. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 people, and the view of the beautiful Adriatic Sea can be enjoyed from the dining room, living room and bedrooms.



On the ground floor of the villa there is a kitchen, which is equipped with everything you will need to prepare your favourite dishes. Next to the kitchen there is a dining room with a dining table for 10 people. In the living room you will relax on a comfortable sofa and armchairs watching TV or reading books.



The villa offers comfortable accommodation in 5 bedrooms: 4 single beds and 3 double beds. You can also use one ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, and 4 bathrooms with a shower cabin, two of which are ensuite, while the remaining two are ordinary bathrooms.



On the outdoor terrace there is a swimming pool of 43 m2 and a depth of 1.4 m, which is available from 15.05 - 30.09. You will sunbathe on 10 sun loungers by the pool. The villa also has a summer kitchen with barbecue, and an outdoor dining table that will be an ideal place to socialise during the summer evenings.



The villa is fully fenced, and inside the yard there are 4 private parking spaces.



Additional amenities include a washing machine, dryer and iron, and there is one separate toilet. If the youngest ones come with you, a feeder and a baby cot are at your disposal.



There is a bowling alley available for adults, which will definitely provide fun for all those with a competitive spirit. Younger people will be able to play badminton or table tennis, and there is enough space for fun in the open yard. Bicycles, books and satellite TV are also available.



Concierge services and massages on request are available at Villa Peleope. Also, the price includes final cleaning, pool maintenance, 4 hours of cleaning per week, and the villa manager is available if needed.
