Newly listed property!! This beautiful and gated 2-story villa nestled in the rainforest, offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. With its 2 bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms, this villa is greatly apt for couples and/or small parties that want to enjoy the beauties of Costa Rica. There is a futon available for a 5th person if needed or desired.
Wake up to the sounds of birds and observe the coatis and toucans and parrots in the trees.
Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the lovely stunning Pacific Ocean. Beautiful tropical flora surrounds the villa!
It is located just 10 minutes-drive from Dominical town and 30 minutes-drive to Quepos. The access is very easy, just 5 minutes from the highway. This amazing place also offers offers pool, hot water, fully equipped kitchen, 3 a/c units through the house, fiber optic internet, carport, mature fruit trees, one acre of land and landscaped grounds.
The master bedroom is equipped with an office desk and a printer thought for the ones who need to work from home. It also has a large balcony where you can indulge yourself with the spectacular and diverse views the surroundings offer.
Jungle Dream Villa is the perfect place to relax, rejuvenate, and appreciate the natural beauty of the South Pacific in Costa Rica.

In an effort to maintain the beauty and care of our garden and pool, this villa receives maintenance for both on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Our crew will try to complete the tasks quickly and efficiently, so that your stay is not interrupted.
We know you'll have an amazing time here, so in order to assure that, this villa will have the following provided:
*Full bag of Costa Rican coffee (250 grams/8 oz/0.5 lb)
*Coffee filters
*Cooking Olive oil
*Dish soap (sink)
*Dish cleaning sponge
*Salt
*Pepper
*Paper towels
*Shampoo/soap/conditioner in every shower
*Some laundry detergent
*Toilet paper
*Trash bags
This is meant to facilitate your stay, if you run out of any of the items, there are supermarkets nearby where you can get more.
Due to the world's health emergency because of the COVID-19, Paradise Management has implemented a very strict cleaning protocol since 2020 to comply with the necessary measures to establish an adequate process of disinfection of the villas. Paradise Management as a vacation rental professional understands that cleaning a property effectively requires specific training, appropriate supplies, and a systematic process. For that reason, all our vacation rental fields like staff/housekeepers/technicians and other employees have completed training regarding proper and safe cleaning techniques and property security. The entire team now understands how to safely use chemical products (such as germicides used to clean bathrooms) and dispose of trash, cleaning supplies, and bio hazards appropriately. Please feel safe to visit our property by knowing it is complying with all the cleaning protocols established and recommended by the government and vacation rental associations!

We had a great time here, kids loved the pool and the friendly dogs who came to visit. It’s up a steep road so you will need a 4wd but the views out to the ocean are worth it. We even saw toucans in the trees

This jungle dream is the perfect hideaway. It has all the wildlife you want on the doorstep. Be aware that you need a car as it is situated on a VERY steep single lane road up from the coast. It's about a 10 minute drive to the beach or to town. You will need a 4x4 SUV that the very gracious concierge arranges for you. Currently there is some construction taking place up the hill from the house and there are very noisy trucks climbing up and down throughout the day. Se got use to this, but it will be much nicer then the construction is completed.
