Welcome to Balcon des Pistes Residence
Your apartment in Les Deux Alpes, with an area of 57m² for 8 people, consists of:
- Charming living room with sofas and television
- Large balcony with mountain view
- Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, dishes, and cooking utensils) open to the dining room
- Bright dining room with dining table and sofa bed
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed
- Sleeping area with two bunk beds
- One bathroom with bathtub, and separate toilet, and a shower room
- The accommodation has a washing machine
- Garage (box) + Free private outdoor parking subject to availability and not guaranteed.
- Bed sheets, blankets, and pillows are provided.
The Balcon des Pistes residence is ideally located:
- 300 meters from the ski slopes
- 300 meters from small shops
Towels and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee:
- End-of-stay cleaning: €105
- Towel pack: €12/person
- Pet: €9/night
Pets are allowed for an additional €7/night.
A security deposit of €800 is required upon arrival.
