RidgeStone Cottage is a beautiful two-storey waterfront retreat located directly on the shores of Paudash Lake. Perfect for large families or mature groups, this charming cottage comfortably accommodates up to nine guests with four bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
Enjoy spectacular lake views from inside the cottage and from the spacious main deck, complete with glass panels overlooking the water. With south-west exposure, the property offers bright, sunny days by the dock and breathtaking sunsets each evening. The gradual sandy water entry makes swimming ideal for young children and adults alike, and the large dock easily accommodates a motorized boat, fishing, or diving.

The home features stylish furnishings, granite countertops throughout, flat-screen TV with Wi-Fi, newer appliances, and a fully stocked kitchen with ample storage. Professionally decorated in a neutral palette, the cottage provides a calm and welcoming atmosphere for your relaxing getaway. Located on a quiet private road, the property is perfect for families and anyone looking to escape city life.
MAIN LEVEL
The main floor includes a convenient mudroom with coat storage and a brand-new washer and dryer. A 3-piece bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower, quartz vanity, and toilet.
The expansive kitchen is equipped with:

French-door refrigerator
Small appliances
Complete dishware, cookware, cutlery, and glassware
Plenty of cabinet space and a separate pantry provide excellent storage. The dining table seats eight, with an additional three seats at the island, all offering stunning lake views through large windows.
UPPER LEVEL
The upper level offers the bedrooms and a full bathroom:
All beds are supplied with clean linens, pillows, and bedding. The cottage is professionally cleaned after every stay.

Fire pit with eight Adirondack chairs

Exceptional Stay — 10/10 Highly Recommend!Our family had an absolutely amazing stay and made so many special memories here. From cozy movie nights and games to spending hours ice fishing, everything about this place was perfect. Being right on the water made it extra special. Beautiful lake view, peaceful, scenic, and exactly what we were hoping for.The property itself is clean, bright, spacious, and incredibly cozy. It’s clear how much care and attention has gone into making guests feel comfortable and at home.The host was truly wonderful to deal with, she was incredibly kind, accommodating, and communicative from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and it was such a pleasure interacting with her.We would highly recommend this property to families, couples, and outdoor lovers alike who are looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway in Highlands East right on beautiful and big Paudash Lake! We will absolutely be back and can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay! Even in the winter, the location is beautiful and the water views from the house are gorgeous. Our host was so helpful and always quick to reply.Just a heads-up to pack your own towels and toiletries! We also wanted to mention for fellow pet owners that the stairs are open-backed; our dog couldn't quite manage them, and since the bedrooms are all upstairs, it’s worth noting for those travelling with pups. We loved it here and are already planning a return trip for the summertime!

Wonderful cottage in a great location. I visited at the end of October and the house was a very cozy place to stay for myself and 5 adults. Definitely looking forward to coming back.
