About this cottage rental
Step back in time, relax and immerse in nature in our Sandy Lake Charm Cottage overlooking the turquoise waters of Sandy Lake. The cottage is located just across from the best public beach in the Kawarthas - sandy base and gradual depth which is great for young kids. We also frequently host mom getaway weekends.
Hot tub, Sauna, Pet Friendly, Trampoline, Canoe / Kayak, Foosball Table, BBQ, Fire Pit, Board Games and more!
The space sleeps 10.
Main floor:
3 bedrooms and a full bathroom, Fully equipped Kitchen, Family room with dining area and TV .
Lower level:
1 bedroom plus a den, full bathroom and spacious
recreation room with couches, TV, Air Hockey table, Foosball Table, Board Games and more.
Total beds: 1 King, 2 Queens, Bunk Bed (double + twin), 2 double sofa beds Spacious enclosed backyard with BBQ, Fire Pit, Patio, Sauna, Hot Tub, Trampoline, Canoe, Kayak.

Our cottage is located right across the Sandy Lake public beach with the view of the lake from the property.
We provide toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, kitchen towels, hand towels, blankets and pillows.
Please bring your own bed linens, bath and beach towels and toiletries. During July and August we only book Saturday to Saturday.

We didn't use the hot tub. Sauna was great! Kitchen was well stocked, loved the master bedroom! Kids were overwhelmed with toys in basement! Nice bathrooms. Very spacious house.lots of blankets to snuggle up with on the amazing couch! Only thing missing was a small stool for little ones to reach sink to brush teeth.Very enjoyable experience so close to the water!Thank you for everything!!!!

The location was fabulous. The perfect accommodation for a family weekend away. Lots to do without having to leave the property.
