Built around 1920, then decommissioned, the former mechanical signal tower of the Deutsche Bahn has now been awakened from its long sleep with the help of friends and family. Having in view its historical origins and the historical details, an extremely atmospheric place to live has been created.
On the upper level there is the open living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180 degree view over the tracks and the historic town center of Linn with the medieval castle complex behind it. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook and get together.
On the lower level there are 2 bedrooms, a sleeping alcove as well as the shower room with toilet and the laundry room.
