The apartments were really nice and seemed brand new. Also the bedrooms were very roomy with tons of space.
Contact with the owner also went smooth and they responded really quickly.
The hallway was still being renovated, so this was just bare concrete.
To go from the apartment bedrooms to the living room/kitchen or the bathroom you need to cross this hallway.
This was very cold in the middle of the night coming from a bed.
I assume this will be better once the hallway and stairs are done though.

The property was ok, ish.
I did not like the layout of the apartment. The 2 bedrooms were connected to the kitchen trough the common stairway. MY PROBLEM WITH THE PROPERTY IS THAT INSTILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE INVOICE/BILL/RECHNUNG, EVEN THOUGHT I REQUESTED IT MULTIPLE TIMES SINCE 21 October 2025. It is 19.01.2026 and still no bill. My company took the money from my paycheck
