An immaculate open concept house with new features. Come and find some peace in University Place. Plenty of off street parking, a nice covered patio and fenced yard with no chores. A great place to work from home or spend quality family time together. Close by hangouts: Chambers Bay, Titlow Beach, and Point Defiance Zoo/Aquarium/Park. Close by shopping: Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Safeway, and many restaurants are walking distance. Come enjoy the weekend or the month.

Perfect little spot for our stay in University Place. My toddler loved all the toys and yard it was exactly what we were looking for, would definitely rent here again!

Elaine was an excellent host. She was friendly, efficient and helpful. The property was as advertised. It was fully furnished, clean and comfortable. Elaine has added a number of attractive pieces to make the house feel like a home. And the neighbors were friendly as well.
