The villa is modern, equipped with all the main amenities to fully enjoy your stay with friends or family. These include air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, iron and ironing board etc.
The kitchen is complete with coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, electric oven. There is also a barbecue in the garden to prepare tasty grills.

The sleeping area consists of 3 elegant and air-conditioned bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom, large and with maximum privacy guaranteed, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with single beds, which can be joined upon prior request. Completing the villa are 2 bathrooms with showers.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: mandatory rental has a price of euro 20 per person per week.

- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
