    Stay is horrible 1. Got room in 4th floor 2. No lift 3. Room are not an clean 4. If we complain AC not working on will look in to that 5. In photos request rooms are showing luxury but my be that photos are taken or updated before 20 years back we have book for 2 days & after one day without any prior information they forced us to vicata the room.

    It smelled Like food inside my room and it wasnt really Clean. There was a weird smell in my room. Staff was also very unhelpful and rude. No guests allowed. The Walls were full of mold and it was very moist inside the room. The Fan was too hot. Elictricy was gone when i arrived and my room was at the very top at the Hotel, which was exhausting.

    The room is not even close to what’s in the picture. There are bed bugs so you can’t sleep and the AC doesn’t work at all just makes a sound and no cooling. They had missing shower and bucket so dirty you wouldn’t want to bathe in it. Staff were not friendly whenever I complain they asked me to contact Agoda
